Aether Rep provides reputation, communications and personal branding counsel. We are not a law firm and nothing on this website or in our correspondence constitutes legal advice. Where a matter requires legal advice we will say so and work alongside your counsel.
No guaranteed outcomes
Search engines, platforms, publishers and encyclopedic projects are independent third parties. We do not control them and we do not guarantee any specific ranking, removal, placement or editorial outcome. Any timelines given are estimates based on comparable work.
Confidentiality
All engagements are confidential. We publish no client names, logos or identifying case studies. Every mandate begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and where appropriate we contract through a nominated entity.
Work we decline
We do not accept mandates that would suppress accurate reporting of harm to identifiable victims, conceal material facts from a regulator, court or counterparty conducting diligence, involve fabricated reviews or covert editing of collaborative encyclopedias, or constitute an attack on a competitor, critic or journalist. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement on these grounds.
Fees
Assessments are fixed fee. Programmes and retainers are billed monthly in advance against a written scope. Crisis activation carries a separate fee. All terms are set out in the engagement letter, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this page.
