The argument
Two or three positions you can hold for a year and defend under challenge, drawn from what you know that others in your category do not.
Practice area — public relations
We are not a volume PR agency and we are a poor fit for a product launch calendar. What we do is earned coverage where the objective is standing rather than awareness.
The distinction
A conventional agency is measured on placements and reach. We are measured on what occupies page one for your name in twelve months, whether a diligence team finds a record that holds, and whether AI assistants describe you using your framing.
Those objectives frequently conflict. High-volume coverage in low-authority outlets looks productive on a monthly report and does almost nothing for either measure.
How it runs
Editors in Singapore receive a very large number of announcements and a small number of arguments. The second category is the one that gets published.
Two or three positions you can hold for a year and defend under challenge, drawn from what you know that others in your category do not.
Proprietary data, operating results, deal experience. This is what separates a placement from a pitch that gets ignored.
Correspondents on the beats that matter to you, worked properly — small lists rather than mass distribution.
Drafted positions on the events we know are coming, so reactive commentary goes out on the journalist's deadline rather than the day after.
Every placement cited, syndicated and linked into your owned assets so it becomes search authority rather than a good day that disappears.
Page-one occupancy, inbound quality, and how the answer engines describe you. Not impressions.
Common questions
No, and an agency that does is describing paid placement. Editorial independence is what makes earned coverage worth having. We commit to volume of qualified pitching, quality of argument and a realistic target list based on what has landed for comparable clients.
When there is genuine news, yes. As a monthly deliverable, no. A release with nothing in it consumes the goodwill you need for the announcement that actually matters.
Then we are probably the wrong firm and we will tell you in the first call. Singapore has strong consumer and technology agencies for that work, and you will get a better result from one of them.
