How we work

Assess. Build. Hold.

No packages, no dashboards nobody reads, and no promises about Google that nobody can keep. A written assessment, a scoped programme, and a line that gets answered.

Principles

Five things we hold to

Truth is the cheapest strategy

Everything we publish has to survive an adversarial reading, because eventually it gets one. A defensible record costs less over five years than a flattering one that collapses in a single week.

Removal is a bonus, not a plan

We pursue removal wherever there are grounds. We never build a programme on the assumption it will succeed, because most of the time it will not.

Construction beats suppression

Pushing something down requires something to push it down with. Clients who only buy suppression buy it again eighteen months later.

Confidentiality is structural

No client list, no logos, no case studies with identifying detail. We contract through a nominated entity where the engagement itself would be revealing.

We say no

We decline mandates that would bury genuine victims, mislead a regulator, or launder a record that ought to stand. Partly on principle, partly because those mandates end badly and take the firm's own record with them.

Engagement

What actually happens, step by step

Most mandates follow the same path. It is deliberately front-loaded: you learn the most in the first three weeks, and you can stop there if the answer is that you do not need us.

01

Private enquiry

A short note. No form-filling beyond a name and a way to reach you. We reply within one business day, or within the hour if you tell us it is live.

02

Confidential call

Forty-five minutes. What you are dealing with, what you want the record to say, and whether we are the right firm. Sometimes we say we are not.

03

Record assessment

Fixed fee, two to three weeks. A written report on everything indexed about you, ranked by damage and by fixability, with a prioritised action list. Yours to keep either way.

04

Scope and mandate

A written proposal with defined deliverables, targets and monthly fee. Nothing starts without a signed scope and a mutual NDA.

05

Programme

Execution, with a monthly written report against agreed targets. A named lead, not a rotating account team.

06

Retainer

For principals with permanent exposure: monitoring, warm crisis protocol, ongoing publication, and a line answered within the hour.

Measurement

What we report, and what we refuse to report

Impressions, reach and sentiment scores are the vanity metrics of this industry. They move independently of whether your problem got better.

Reported monthly

  • Page-one occupancy for your name and its variants, by asset type
  • Position of each priority negative result, tracked individually
  • Removals requested, granted and refused — including the refusals
  • Earned placements, with the publication and the reach that matters
  • Broker and people-search listings removed, and re-listings caught
  • How the major AI assistants currently answer “who is [your name]”

Private enquiry

Start with the assessment.

Fixed fee, three weeks, no obligation to continue. It is the only honest way to price the work that follows.
