Who we are
Aether Rep provides reputation, personal branding and crisis counsel to individual principals. This notice explains what we do with personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Information you send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, location and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, used only to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without an explicit request.
- We do not use tracking pixels in correspondence.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become mandates are deleted within twelve months. Mandate records are kept for as long as required by our professional and legal obligations, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aetherrep.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you are, you may also have rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, or the GDPR.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revised version will be posted here.
