Audit and classify
Every review across every platform, sorted into removable, answerable and legitimate. Classification decides everything downstream — most failed removals are simply the wrong route chosen.
Practice area — reviews
Review platforms are the one place where an anonymous stranger can publish a permanent, highly-ranked judgement of your business in ninety seconds. Here is what can actually be removed, and what has to be answered instead.
The problem
Google surfaces your star rating in the knowledge panel, the local pack and Maps, before anyone reaches your site. For a Singapore firm with a few dozen reviews, two coordinated one-star entries can move the visible average by half a star.
Most of the damage we are asked to repair is not from real dissatisfied clients. It is from competitors, former employees, people who confused you with another business, and extortion accounts that offer to remove the review for a fee.
Method
Flagging a review and hoping is not a strategy. Each route has a different success rate and a different evidence requirement.
Every review across every platform, sorted into removable, answerable and legitimate. Classification decides everything downstream — most failed removals are simply the wrong route chosen.
Google's review policies prohibit conflicts of interest, off-topic content, impersonation, personal information and incentivised reviews. A correctly framed report citing the specific clause succeeds far more often than a generic flag.
Where a review is a false statement of fact rather than opinion, Singapore's Protection from Harassment Act and defamation law both apply, and platforms respond differently to a documented legal claim than to a complaint form.
Legitimate criticism cannot be removed and should not be. A calm, specific, non-defensive reply is read by every future customer and is frequently worth more than the removal would have been.
Rating recovery
A business with 40 reviews is one bad week away from a visible ratings problem. A business with 400 is not. Steady, compliant review generation is unglamorous and it is the single most effective protection available.
We do not buy reviews, incentivise them, or gate requests so that only happy customers are asked. All three breach platform policy, all three are detectable, and enforcement is public.
Three reviews, three answers
Common questions
Sometimes. Reviews breaching Google's policies — fake, off-topic, conflict of interest, containing personal data, or posted by a competitor — can be removed by reporting them correctly, and most of our successful removals come this way. A genuine customer's honest negative opinion generally cannot be removed, and attempting it wastes time that would be better spent on the reply.
Policy-based reports typically resolve in three days to three weeks. Escalations involving legal grounds take longer and require documentation. Anyone promising removal within 24 hours is either lucky or describing something they cannot control.
That is extortion and it is also a clear platform policy breach, which makes it one of the more removable categories. Do not pay — payment marks you as a target and the review frequently returns. Preserve the messages, screenshots and account details, and let us report it with that evidence attached.
No. They are detectable, platforms enforce publicly, and a business caught with fabricated reviews ends up with a worse search result than the one it started with. Everything we do is compliant with the platform's published policy.
