Practice area 02
Auditing, suppression, displacement and — where the law permits — removal. The unglamorous engineering work of making the accurate version of you the one people find first.
First principle
Roughly nine in ten searchers never reach the second page. That is the whole strategic picture. Some content can be removed at source; most cannot, and the honest answer is to make it the tenth result rather than the second.
Any firm that promises guaranteed deletion of lawful published content is describing something it cannot do.
Method
Everything indexed for your name and its variants, across search, images, video, social, registries, brokers and the major AI assistants. Ranked by damage and by how fixable it is. You get the map before you get a plan.
Where there are grounds — platform policy breach, defamation, copyright, or personal data under Singapore's PDPA — we pursue removal at source and de-indexing. Fastest route when it is available. It often is not.
Where removal is not available, we build and strengthen legitimate assets until the harmful result drops off page one. This is search work: authority, structure, freshness, linking, and patience.
Monitoring across search, social and answer engines with alerting. Reputation is not a project with an end date; it is a position that has to be held.
Expectations
We would rather lose a mandate at the proposal stage than win it on a promise we cannot keep. These are the ranges we see across most personal-name work.
Ranges, not guarantees. Google does not take instructions from anyone.

Policy-breach and data-protection removals typically resolve here, where they resolve at all.
Low-competition names usually see page-one movement in this window.
Entrenched, high-authority negative results take this long. Sometimes longer.
Without maintenance, displaced results can return. Most do not, but some do.
Common questions
We can request de-indexing where there are grounds — personal data, defamation findings, policy breaches, copyright, non-consensual imagery. Google honours some requests and refuses others, and it does not explain itself. Where de-indexing fails, displacement is the reliable route.
Legitimate journalism is generally not removable, and we do not pursue it. What we can do is seek a correction where there is a factual error, ensure your position is on the record, and build assets strong enough that the article stops being the first thing anyone reads about you.
Sometimes. Displacement is a live position, not a permanent state — if the assets holding page one go stale, the old result can climb again. This is why we prefer clients on maintenance after a remediation programme.
No. Beyond the ethics, it stops working: platforms detect it, and when they act the correction is public and far worse than the original problem. Everything we publish is real, attributable and defensible.
Assessments are fixed fee. Remediation programmes are priced on how entrenched the material is, how many domains are involved and whether legal routes are open — typically a monthly retainer over six to twelve months. We quote after the audit, not before.
What displacement looks like
Nine in ten searchers never reach page two. Where removal is unavailable, this is the shape the work takes — typical of a low-competition personal name.
Private enquiry
The audit is fixed fee and takes about two weeks. Most clients are surprised by at least one thing in it.
