(2) Your most valuable content piece (not promotional). (3) Social proof — customer story. (4) Key differentiation + mild CTA. (5) Direct ask or meeting invite for qualified prospects.

Key Metric: Revenue per email (RPE) is more actionable than open rate or CTR. If your weekly newsletter generates $0.50 RPE and your promotional blast generates $2.00 RPE, the data tells you where to invest.
